Ft. (ABOA): 16,367 ANSI BOMA USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,185 ANSI BOMA USF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 reserved, parking spaces for GOVs and additional parking to code for employees and visitors Parking Spaces (Surface): See "Parking Spaces (Total)" above Parking Spaces (Structured): See "Parking Spaces (Total)" above Parking Spaces (Reserved): See "Parking Spaces (Total)" above Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The offered location must be professional in appearance, well-maintained, of modern design, and of sound and substantial construction. The offered location shall be in a professional office setting, and shall not be located within the 100 year floodplain unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
