- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0001 with The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri, 63166, for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6408 FT50 Y233 Bulkhead Z90 Floor Attachment Retrofit Redesign. This effort will be procured on a sole source basis. The projected period of performance for this effort is 24 months after contract award. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, tools, processes, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within the projected timeline. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, tools, processes, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent’s ability to perform to the Government’s needs within the required response time.
