- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Computer Servants Inc. on a proposed modification that adds additional support to the current contract. The contractor shall support the Certification, Test and Evaluation (CT&E) process of the Position Location Information - Isolator (PLI-I) as well as continue integration with the Rifleman Radio for the Nett Warrior Program. Computer Servants developed this first of a kind PLl-lsolator and has the technical knowledge to continue software integration with the Government provided Rifleman Radio. Continued support is required to ensure success of the Isolator through the CT&E process. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services and the size standard is $34 Million. Interested parties may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact below. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, October 26th 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. No Statement of Work will be provided.
