- Los Angeles Job Corps intends to issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) for an evaluated Firm Fixed Price subcontract for Clinical Facility and two Physicians, non personal to provide one senior fellow physician and one physician on site specialized in the medical care of adolescents and young adults, at the Los Angeles Job Corps Center, 1106 South Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The YWCA of Greater Los Angeles which operates the Los Angeles Job Corps Center (LAJCC) under contract with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration is requesting proposals to provide full Medical Services. The Job Corp assists students in attaining and maintaining optimal health by providing medical services to students. The RFP will be available on October 24, 2011. The RFP closing date is scheduled to be on November 25, 2011 at 2:00 pm. Actual dates will be identified in the RFP. Interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Firms can register via the CCR internet site at https://www.uscontractorregistration.com/ or by contacting the CCR information center at 1-888-227-2423. Interested parties are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at https://orca.bpn.gov/ RFP's will be available upon request by contacting the Contract Specialist via email, phone or mail.
