- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0086, IQC11285009036. The 6 NSNS, nomenclature and Weapon System Designator Code (WSDC) are listed below: NSN NOMENCLATURE WSDC 1560-01-125-8571 HINGE HALF ASSEMBLY VUN 1560-01-150-6564 HINGE HALF ASSEMBLY VUN 1560-01-156-9161 HINGE HALF ASSEMBLY VUN 1560-01-202-7059 HINGE HALF, FLAP VUN 1560-01-202-7060 HINGE HALF, FLAP VUN 1560-01-449-8916 HINGE, HALF ASSEMBLY VUN All items are used on the Aircraft, Hornet, FA-18. Unit of issue for each NSN is each (EA). Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Non-Commercial and three items are Critical Safety Item CSI (1560-01-125-8571, 1560-01-202-7059, 1560-01-449-8916). Surge and sustainment is not required for any of the NSNs. Contract First Article Test (FAT) applies to 3 of the NSNs (1560-01-150-6564, 1560-01-156-9161, 1560-01-202-7059). Government First Article Test (FAT) applies to 2 of the NSNs (1560-01-449-8916 and 1560-01-202-7060). Production lot testing applies to all of the NSNs. Configuration control applies to all of the NSNs. The solicitation will result in a multi-NSN Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), the guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only, the minimum delivery order quantity, the maximum delivery order quantity and the maximum annual contract will be cited in the solicitation. The requested delivery for each NSN will be cited in the solicitation. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on November 3, 2011 with a closing date of December 5, 2011. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items" applies.
