Description

The purpose of this modification notice is to update paragraph 8 of the �Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement �. Potential Offerors interested in receiving the �DRAFT Specification for the CCS � shall follow the requirements of the pre-solicitation notice of 28 September 2011 and submit the �Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement � attached to this modification notice executed by an individual who is authorized to sign on behalf of their company.
