- Drawing SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a requirement that is being considered under a small business set-aside program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 335311. The size standard for NAICS is 750 employees. The requirement is to provide 167 KVA Padmount Transformer (4 each) with the following specifications: NSN: 6120L0184612520; 167 KVA PADMOUNT TYPE TRANSFORMER, SINGLE PHASE 13200 DELTA TO 240/120 SECONDARY. DEAD FRONT LOOP FEED, 3 LOW VOLTAGE 4-HOLE SPADES, 4-POSITION OIL SWITCH, 304l STAINLESS STEEL. MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING DEMENSIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS: CABINET AND TANK MUST BE 38 ½ INCHES WIDE 38 INCHES DEEP, 36 ½ INCHES HIGH. PRIMARY AND SECONDARY BUSHINGS MUST BE THE FOLLOWING: H1A AND H1B BUSHINGS MUST BE 27 INCHES HIGH TO CENTER. H2A AND H2B MUST BE 20 ½ INCHES HIGH TO CENTER. X1 AND X3 MUST 28 ½ INCHES HIGH TO CENTER, X2 MUST BE 21 ½ INCHES HIGH TO CENTER. H1A AND H1B MUST BE 16 INCHES APART. H2A AND H2B MUST BE 8 ½ INCHES APART. X1 AND X3 MUST BE 7 INCHES APART. A DIAGRAM CAN BE FURNISHED UPON REQUEST. PLEASE NOTE IF THE ABOVE HEIGHT AND DEMENTIONS ARE NOT TO THE SPECIFIED HEIGHTS AND WIDTHS, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. MUST MEET ALL ANSI AND OSHA REGULATIONS. *** Installation is not needed*** Drawing is attached. The government is interested in all small businesses including (8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses that are interested in performing this requirement. The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. Responses from large businesses will also be accepted. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm's capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 5 pages.
