Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Cox Communications Louisiana LLC, 2121 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirements are as follows: Provide TV and high speed internet service for all New Orleans and Baton Rouge clinics. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only, and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than by close of business @ 4:00p.m. on October 28, 2011.
