- Solicitation is for the set up of multiple Indefinite Quantity Type Contracts with a base period of one year and four one-year option periods for NSN 3120-01-330-6397. The Government anticipates that at least two contract awards will be made as a result of this solicitation. This NSN is Configuration Controlled and is designated as a Critical Safety Item. The item is identifiable to a Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286) drawing: SB5064 Revision 'N'. The part number is SB5064-103. Approved sources are: Dover Diversified (CAGE 97613) and RBC/Heim Bearings Division (CAGE 73134). A Government First Article Test and a Production Lot Sample Test apply to this item. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin apply. Issue date of solicitation is November 14, 2011.
