- Description
- In accordance with FAR Part 6.3, the U.S. Census Bureau, National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, intends to award a simplified acquisition order to Majestic Management LLC, for the continued use of Parking and Building access to the Los Angeles Regional Office for fiscal year 2012. The Census Bureau intends to award on a sole source basis per 41USC253, Only One Responsible Source. Through prior research the U. S. Census Bureau has determined that Majestic Management is the only source at this time with the capacity & location needed to accomplish the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Statement of Work (SOW). The performance of these services by or supplies through Majestic Management will mitigate any risks associated with the Census Bureau's ability to complete its scheduled milestones and without impeding its overall mission. Based on this, the Census Bureau believes no other offerors are currently available to fulfill the requirements of this order. This notice is not to be considered a Request for Proposal. No contract will be awarded from offers received in response to this notice.
