- IQC11297009022, this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-01-182-4030) for a BEARING, GUN SUPPORT. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a "Configuration Controlled Drawing." Approved Sources: MCDONNELL DOUGLAS HELICOPTER CO (Cage 8V613) P/N 387-3513, GORKO INDUSTRIES INC (Cage 0K0E0), ALLIANT TECH SYSTEMS INC (Cage 1YQE8) and METRI-TECH ENGINEERING INC (Cage 6X224). This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 72 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 1,694 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 423 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 2,540 each. The minimum delivery order is 423 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 1,694 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 10 NOV 11 (anticipated closing date of 12 DEC 11 ), anticipated award date is FEB 2012. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
