- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Robert Liang robert.g.liang.civ@mail.mil The US Army C-E Life Cycle Management Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005, is seeking sources that can produce & deliver or maintenance (repair) the AM-7651/A Dual Stabilator Controller, used on the UH-60A/L Black Hawk Helicopters. The ordering period will be April 2012 through April 2016 to enable a seamless supply of Dual Stabilator Controllers and insure a maintenance program is in place to repair degraded or deficient items. The current Source of Supply is Hamilton-Sundstrand, 1 Hamilton Road, Windsor Locks, Connecticut 06096. A complete technical data package defining the form, fit, function and interface requirements, manufacture and acceptance of this item is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA C-E LCMC, ATTN: RDER-PRA, 6010 Frankfort Street, 3rd floor, room 319, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier is a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source that the supplier can in fact supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the current supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that their items will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
