- INTEREST SOUGHT The United States Government, USDA Forest Service, is seeking to lease office space in Monticello, Utah to include: • Approximately 5,145 rentable square feet (RSF) of office in which the rentable space shall yield a minimum of 4,355 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 4,575 ABOA square feet; • 26 secured parking spaces for Government-owned vehicles; • 33 parking spaces for visitors and employee-owned vehicles; and • On a continuous lot of a minimum of 0.9 acres. The site must be located within the city limits of Monticello, Utah. Additional special requirements will likely be needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposal (RLP). Space must meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) design requirements developed under the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Proposed lease is anticipated to be for 15 years, 10 years firm. Space must be available for occupancy no later than February 28, 2013. Deadline for responses is no later than 5:00 pm MST, Friday, November 18, 2011, and must include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if applicable), and the proposed property location. The Forest Service will conduct site visits on Tuesday, November 29, 2011.
