Description

Special Notice The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to award a sole source contract for leasing of postage machines to include software, software upgrades, technical assistance and diagnostic support, or maintenance to Pitney Bowes, Inc., 1305 Executive Blvd., Ste 200, Chesapeake, VA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Pitney Bowes maintains proprietary software and equipment rights to existing equipment within the facility. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only, and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than by close of business@ 4:00p.m. on October 29, 2011.
