This is not Critical Safety Item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition. DLAA does not have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The approved source is: NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHNICAL SERVICES-CAGE (0JRC1). This is a proprietary item to Northrop Grumman coded 3P. DELIVERY: 188 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 31 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin.
