- VA-797-N-12-I-2007 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR IV START KIT RFI closes, 3:00 pm Central Standard Time The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for IV Start Kit with and without Gloves. VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) wishes to learn if there are customary commercial practices in the market place regarding the specifications and packaging of IV Start Kit items. (Please see the requirements grids below). This is an effort to ensure the specifications are not overly restrictive or unreasonable. Please submit any suggestions, questions, comments on specifications; and/or information, including product literature/brochures describing your firm's ability interest to provide these items. Please submit responses to the Contracting Officer listed below. This is not the RFQ.
