- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Company, 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona 85734 for a one-year contract. The scope of the Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract will include systems engineering for research and development efforts on the STANDARD Missile program. Interested parties have until November 14, 2011 to submit inquiries, referencing solicitation number N00024-12-R-5400. The contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C.23049(c)(1) and the Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
