VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 2500 to 3000 usable square feet for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The space must be on no more than ONE floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 24 reserved vehicle spaces is required. A lease for up to 5 firm yrs and an option for an add'l 5 yrs. will be considered. Space located within Columbia or Greene County will be considered. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA. Interested offerors (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should contact Frances M.
