- The VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach Fl, intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for full and complete load bank testing as required by warranty of the VA's 3 stand-by generators and related systems to Ring Power, 10421 Fern Hill Drive, Riverview FL 33578 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (b)(2). The anticipated award date is November 8, 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisitions is 334515, small business size 500 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, however, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. The Government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
