- Wage Determination PWS dated 5 Oct 2011 Request for Quote UPDATE: This is to announce the official synopsis/solicitation is posted. This is a firm-fixed price requirement. Quotes are due 21 November 2011. See attachments for more details: Solicitation, PWS, Wage Determination. __________________________________________________________________________ This is an initial notice prior to posting the official combined synopsis/solicitation. The government is contemplating a FFP, 5 year contract, base year and 4 option years, for Hazardous Materials Management System (HMMS) Program Management Office (PMO) Support. The HMMS PMO has the overall responsibility for hte management of the HMMS Program for all of the DoD and other Federal Government "using" facilities. This includes but is not limited to contract management; technical, functional, operational, and training support; business analysis and process improvement; planning and coordinating application and technical upgrades; planning and coordinating implementation for new using facilities; planning and coordinating HMMS community meeting and conferences; planning and coordinating HMMS community meeting and conferences; planning and coordinating for system demonstrations for potential users. PWS dated 5 Oct 2011 is attached for details regarding the contract requirements. The government anticipates this competition to be set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. This contract will be commercial, and all applicable FAR provisions/clauses will apply. Period of Performance: Base year: 1 Jan 2012 - 31 Dec 2012 Option 1: 1 Jan 2013 - 31 Dec 2013 Option 2: 1 Jan 2014 - 31 Dec 2014 Option 3: 1 Jan 2015 - 31 Dec 2015 Option 4: 1 Jan 2016 - 31 Dec 2016 A 30 day transition period will be included if there is a change in contractor. The incumbent contractors are: Integratable Technologies, FA8201-08-C-0075 and Sensory Technologies, FA8201-10-C-0066. These contract requirements are being combined. The official synopsis/solicitation is anticipated to be posted under this listing 1 Nov 2011, with an expected closing date of 18 Nov 2011.
