- FedBizOpps Advertisement - Romulus MI GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Romulus Delineated Area: City limits of Romulus Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,839 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,823 Space Type: Office/Warehouse Flex Parking Spaces (Total): 34 Parking Spaces (Surface): 34 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must have 14' clear roll up door. 30% of required square footage is for warehouse with 16' clear ceiling height. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous to the Government, the GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems. When responding with expression of interest, the interested party must include a full service rental rate, the most competitive rate, as well as the following: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building ownership information. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building.
