NO MORE RESPONSES PLEASE*** Interested Vendors: The Information Technology Contracting Division, within the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Procurement Directorate, is pleased to announce the Passenger Systems Program Office Software Applications, Operations and Maintenance, Development, Modernization and Enhancements program is open to all potential vendors. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, United States Customs and Border Protection, Office of Information Technology, Passenger Systems Program Office (PSPO) will hold a PSPO Software Applications, Operations and Maintenance, Development, Modernization and Enhancements program- Unrestricted Pre-Solicitation Conference on November 14, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Bureau of Land Management Building, 7450 Boston Boulevard, Springfield, Virginia 22153. The conference will take place in the BLM Large Conference Room. The main objective of the Pre-Solicitation Conference is to provide information regarding the PSPO program office and its Fiscal Year 2012 procurement for Software Applications, Operations and Maintenance, Development, Modernization and Enhancements program support. · Registration is open immediately, and will close once maximum capacity is met. Room capacity is limited to one-hundred (100) people. · Registration is first come, first serve. Interested parties are limited to two (2) attendees. CBP reserves the right to limit participation to 1 attendee per firm if the event becomes oversubscribed. · There is no registration fee associated with attending this event. · All discussions will be unclassified · Identification will be required at check-in · To register, interested companies must submit attendee names to Nicholas.Martinelli@dhs.gov no later than November 7, 2011. · No meals or beverages will be provided at the event We appreciate your interest in the CBP PSPO Program and potential participation in this event. ***THE EVENT HAS REACHED CAPACITY.
