- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 1,408 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 1,408 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 8 surface parking spaces using Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to Grand Forks Regional Airport Authority in Grand Forks, ND. Commencing August 15, 2016 through August 14, 2016, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $53,016.31 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $4,418.02 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $40,000 annually, operating rent of $9,170.00, and Tenant Improvement of $3,846.31. The lease terms are set at 10 years/1 year firm. GSA may terminate this lease after August 15, 2016 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
