- NREL is seeking Statements of Qualifications for tenant representative firms to participate in negotiations on NREL's behalf for a new real property lease for approximately 10-12,000 NRSF of office space to commence 10/1/12 in the Washington, D.C. market. Response Requirements: 1. Statement of Qualifications demonstrating the following: a. Experience with federal leases. b. Experience negotiating on tenants' behalf in the D.C. market. c. Demonstrated depth of resources. 2. Sample Tenant Representative Agreement form for NREL's consideration. Award Considerations: 1. Selection of a Tenant Representative will be based on the demonstrated ability to best represent NREL's interests in negotiating a new lease. 2. NREL will hold face to face interviews with up to four (4) firms based on the quality of the information submitted. 3. Final award decision shall be made at NREL's sole discretion.
