Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to ProGroup Instrument, Inc., 4947 Fosterburg Road, Alton, IL 62002-7743 for continued parts and on-site labor to maintain and repair seventeen (17) WellPro instruments in use at CDC. This includes one preventive maintenance visit. Under some circumstances the units may need to be returned to the factory for repair. Serial numbers are as follows: PG3089, PG1468, PG2063, PG1460, PG2060, PG3033, PG3055, PG3035, PG3036, PG2061, PG2042, PG3031, PG1086, PG3099, PG3100, PG3101, and PL1457. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This procurement is not set-aside for small business. For contractual questions contact Linda M.
