- BLM Invitation for Bids, L12PS00006, 1,500 TONS OF GOOD QUALITY ALFALFA HAY TO BE DELIVERED TO BLM RIDGECREST CORRALS IN RIDGECREST, CA. Solicitation number L12PS00006 applies and will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on or about November 7, 2011 for the following requirement: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Ridgecrest Field Office in Ridgecrest, California has a requirement for 80 percent alfalfa/20 percent grass hay as follows: -1,000 tons alfalfa - medium bales -400 tons alfalfa small bales-100 tons orchard grass small bales Deliveries shall be made incrementally between January 1, 2012 through February 15, 2012, as requested by the BLM. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 111940. Size standard is $.75 million. Bids are due December 7, 2011 by 10:00 AM Denver Local Time.
