Description: On a sole source basis the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to issue a Delivery Order to GeoEye Imagery Collection Systems, Inc., of Herndon, VA, under EnhancedView Contract HM0210-10-C-0003 to acquire direct downlink service (DDS) to the GeoEye IKONOS satellite. This acquisition will be limited to GeoEye as only they can provide DDS access to IKONOS. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
