Request for Information (RFI) This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued for market research purposes only. Solicitations are not available at this time and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, that the Government will take procurement action in this matter. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by respondents or others in furnishing information in response to this RFI. The response date for this RFI is December 09, 2011; 2:00 P.M. EST. A summary of the responses will be made publicly available. Personally identifiable information will be removed to the extent possible prior to making the summary public. We ask that respondents remove personal identifiers prior to submission. To the full extent that it is protected by law and regulation, information identified by respondents as Proprietary or Confidential will be kept confidential.
