The Integrated Campus Support division is responsible for providing wireless communication devices to a geographically diverse customer base. Currently we have contracts with several wireless providers. The number of devices in service will fluctuate based on the needs of our customers; at this time we are supporting 300 Blackberry Personal Digital Assistants and 520 Wireless Data Cards. All of these devices are capable of being used on a 3G/4G network. Additionally, we receive the devices at no additional charge when a new account is established or the equipment is upgraded every 18 months. If a new device is required for an existing account, the device will be purchased by the Government. We are looking for a single source that can supply devices and wireless service on multiple wireless networks. Currently we have customers in the 48 Contiguous States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. The service to these customers must be uninterrupted during any transition period. We have difficulty with carrier coverage in the following areas and their suburbs: West Palm Beach, Florida; Orlando, Florida; Martinsburg, West Virginia; Wynantskill, New York; Fort Worth, Texas; Marlboro, New Jersey; and Sandy, Utah. If a customer's coverage on one wireless network does not allow them to operate their wireless device you must be able to switch them to another wireless network at no additional cost to the Government.
