- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Military Academy at West Point is looking for sources that can provide Neverfail software. Specifications, terms, and conditions are contained in the attached SF1449 solicitation. If you can provide the required supplies and meet the specifications, terms, and conditions listed, please email a quote along with a completed SF1449 to dominick.belfiore@us.army.mil no later than the due date of 1600EST on 11/9/2011.
