- IQC11271009006, RA11269020, SPM4A6-12-R-0138. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WILL BE CONSIDERED. This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for 2 NSNs. DSCR is seeking to establish one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts for contractor supply of the following types of items: 6230-01-522-2506, FLASHLIGHT, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 1,284, NAICS for FSC 6230 is 335129, SB size is 500 employees; and 6350-01-412-3305, ALARM,BACK-UP,VEHICLE, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 144 EA, NAICS FOR FSC 6350 is 335999, SB size is 500 employees. For FSC 6350 a waiver to the non-manufacturing rule exists for this class of products. The waiver allows any small business to provide any firm's product, regardless of that firm's size. Items are competitive, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS). Approved sources shown in the item descriptions of the solicitation are recommended sources only and are not limited to those sources. Solicitation will be for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), to include a term of base year of 12 months and four option years. Vendors may quote on one NSN or both NSNs. Evaluation of offers received will be line-by-line instead of all-or nothing. Multiple awards may be made against this solicitation. All items included in this solicitation are commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IAW Lamp Industry Standards. Solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set-aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The Buy American Act Applies to this procurement. Items manufactured outside the USA and items manufactured in other than qualifying countries, as defined 225.872-1, will have an evaluation factor added to its proposed pricing and may result in a higher evaluated prices. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders. The requested terms are FOB and Inspection/ Acceptance is at Destination. Both NSNs require a delivery of 30 days ARO for each delivery order. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. Packaging requirements will be in accordance with the MILSPEC cited in the solicitation. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. NSN 6350-01-412-3305 requires Surge. The MWR is 2 EA. The solicitation is SPM4A612R0138. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
