NSN: 3110-01-128-2960, Bearing, Ball, Annular, Drawing Number 36B423700, Rev L, Part Number 36B423700P1, OEM is GE Aviation Systems, LLC DBA GE Aviation (CAGE CODE 07639), Approved Sources of Supply: SKF USA Inc. (CAGE CODE 38443), Timken Aerospace & Super Precision Inc. (CAGE CODE 78118), and New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. (CAGE CODE 83086). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 346 Days ARO. This NSN is Configuration Controlled, Critical Application, Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking Requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. End Item Description: AIRCRAFT, VIKING S-3B, HELICOPTER, CH-53 D/E, AIRCRAFT, HORNET F/A-18, HELICOPTER, UTILITY/SEARCH AND RECOVERY UH-1N, TA-4J AIRCRAFT, AIRCRAFT, HARRIER AV-8B, AIRCRAFT, HERCULES C-130F, AIRCRAFT, HERCULES KC-130, HELICOPTER, H1 ALL VERSIONS, U-2 AIRFRAME, AIRCRAFT, HORNET F/A-18 (E/F), EA-18G (GROWLER), and AIRCRAFT, FA-18, A - D, E/F, G (GROWLER). Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on November 2, 2011. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 152 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 152 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 610 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 610 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 1,219 each. This RFP will be solicited with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP.
