Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0129 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, Defense Circular Number 20111028, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0714. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 611699 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. Short description of the requirement: Specialized training on a variety of USAF flight approved equipment, critical care concepts and techniques. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR FULL REQUIREMENT. Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, supervision, management, and any other requirements needed to provide training.
