Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTE/CLAUSES PRE-SOLICITATION SOLICITATION NO: HSCG82-12-Q-PMV068 TITLE: INSULATION REPAIRS AT USCG STATION PONCE DE LEON, FL PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: 2999 N. PENINSULA AVE. NEW SMYRNA BEACH CLASSIFICATION CODE: Z2FZ-Repair & Renovations RESPONSE DATE: 11-21-2011 SET-ASIDE: SMALL BUSINESS This project is to furnish all labor, materials, supervision and equipment to remove and dispose batt insulation; provide closed cell spray polyurethane foam insulation; provide visqueeen and tarps to contain overspray and ensure that all excess foam is cleaned; All, while minimizing interference with USCG operations. The performance period will be 35 calendar days. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 238310. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $14.0 million. A payment protection is required. A written request for quotation will be issued on or about November 4, 2011. The anticipated award date is 30 days after quotations are due. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
