- Sources Sought (SS) and Request for Information (RFI) Notification/Market Research Youth Ministry (YM) services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, is currently conducting preliminary planning market research to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources capable to provide Youth Ministry (YM) services at JBLM. The anticipated period of performance is 01 April 2011 - 31 March 2012; with the possibility to exercise options up to four periods. The requirement is for the contractor to accomplish the following: -Plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the specified services for youth ministry services. -Provide sufficient qualified personnel to provide youth ministry services and religious support services in accordance with all applicable statues, regulations, instructions, processes, and other pertinent regulations, directives, policies, and guidance. The contractor shall provide adequate oversight to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Services include supporting a community wide youth religious ministry and specific youth ministry needs that the JBLM Unit Ministry Team and volunteers cannot provide. *** Further anticipated task are identified on the provided DRAFT Performance Work Statement, which is subject to change upon issuance of official Solicitation notice. *** MICC, JBLM is seeking industry information and comments from sources with capabilities to perform the contract and with relevant experience in all of the functional areas mentioned above. Interested parties shall complete and submit the attached Market Research Questionnaire to the Government. Responses to the Market Research Questionnaire are encouraged from all interested parties. You are advised that providing responses to the questions will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for future solicitation. DISCLAIMER: This Sources Sought (SS) Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB) or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this SS shall not serve as proposals, bids, or offers, which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. MICC, JBLM will not accept unsolicited proposals related to the subject of this notice. The respondent must clearly identify any information it considers sensitive or proprietary. All information received in response to this notice that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Responses will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated and incurred by responding to this sources sought. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice.
