- REDACTED J&A FOR SOLICITATION SPM4A6-11-R-0124. AWARDED TO ANDREA SYSTEMS UNDER CONTRACT SPM4A6-12-D-0014. PR No: IQC10355009031; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for an Interconnecting Box used on the AIC-18 and AIC-25 Intercom Systems. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year with four one-year options. This is a critical item. The NSN and Minimum and Maximum quantities are as follows: NSN: 5895-00-675-8796 Approved Source: Andrea Systems LLC, CAGE 3GET4, P/N A641-6B Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base Year Only): 33 each Minimum per delivery order: 33 each Maximum per delivery order: 132 each Estimated Annual Quantity: 132 each Maximum Annual Quantity: 264 each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Contractor First Article Testing applies (5 each). First Article materials: 90 days ARO, Government testing and evaluation-30 days, delivery of production materials-86 days AFAA. Qualified Products List (QPL) is applicable. This is a critical item. Surge requirements do not apply. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about January 10, 2011. The anticipated award date is March 31, 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
