Description

MODIFICATION PS31 - ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION AND PT CABLE INVESTIGATION THIS NOTICE IS TO PROVIDE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT GS-08P-10-JB-C-0005. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division has exercised a modification for additional design-build services for the Cesar E. Chavez Memorial Modernization project located in Denver, CO. This modification will provide for a modernization of the elevator and investigation services for the building's post tension cables. This modification is valued at $835,571.00. This contract is funded in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.
