Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RCO Schwetzingen is seeking offers for non-personal services for a Catholic Parish Coordinator for the Heidelberg Office of the Chaplain. The purpose of the Catholic Parish Coordinator is to assist the Catholic Chapel Parish with professional, ecclesiastical support for the Catholic Liturgical Cycle requirements, Canon Law requirements, Sacramental requirements, Diocesan regulations and requirements, and denominationally specific Ecclesiastical norms and requirements. The Catholic Parish Coordinator provides support for the EERS of Catholic worship, sacraments, rites, and ordinances. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The period of performance is 30 Nov 2011 through 29 Nov 2012. Offers are due no later than 12:00 CET 21 Nov 2011. Submit offers by email only to the POCs below.
