- Description: CAP, PROTECTIVE, DUST Goodrich Corporation (97153) P/N 170-631 Critical Application Item. This is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 13,356 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The NSN is 5340-01-483-6720, PR 0041688713. Delivery requirement is 250 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at Aviation Supply Chain Richmond. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
