- RFP: W9113M-12-R-0004 Domain Name: Operations, Logistics and Minor Construction Support Contracting Officer: Cynthia Smith E-mail: cynthia.j.smith@us.army.mil This announcement is associated with a previous notice under W9113M-12-R-XXXX which was posted on 28 Oct 2011. This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) type contract to satisfy the requirements that fall within the Scope of Work (SOW) entitled DoD Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) Operations, Logistics and Minor Construction Support. This MAIDIQ is one of four MAIDIQs established to support the CNTPO efforts. The other SOWs are entitled as follows: - DoD Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) Training Services Support - DoD Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) Command, Control, Communications, Information, Detection & Monitoring (C3IDM) Support - DoD Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) Program and Programmatic Support All questions and comments to this DRAFT RFP shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement no later than 21 November 2011 at 1700 CST.
