Description

Prime Contractors, Subcontractors, and Plan Rooms wishing to turn in their DVDs, paper drawings and specifications for the STRATCOM project to the Omaha District Corps of Engineers, 1616 Capitol Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska (a requirement when receiving the DVD), may begin returning documents starting November 16, 2011. All affected parties must call three days in advance prior to delivery to receive an appointment delivery date (do not deliver any paper copies unless you have been given an appointment), and must also provide a copy of their "Chain of Custody" log, and the number of cubic feet of material that will be returned at that time. The primary POC for paper returns is MSG Charles Mason, 402-995-2049, and the Alternate POC is MSG Rachelle Hairston, 402-995-2058. POC for 14-18 November only is Ms. Barbara Young, 402-995-2183. The Government will not sign a full release of the Chain of Custody log until the Government counts/verifies all returned DVDs and documents. Please note that the Government will continue to accept requests for DVDS after the initial cutoff date of October 24, 2011, but those requests will not be processed until after the proposal due date of November 15, 2011. Currently, there will be no late requests processed after December 1, 2011.
