Description

The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR-AD), Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for a total of fifteen (15) MIDS Control Panels, Unit Part Number 05-0567-7821-002-01, including hardware assembly, inspection, functional test, and shipping. The Government intends to modify contract N00421-10-C-0038 to add these additional quantities. The contractor will deliver seven(7) MIDS Control Panels six months after receipt of order. And eight (8) MIDS Control Panels will be delivered by 30 Jun 2013 for a total of fifteen. The contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test and ship fifteen (15) MIDS Control Panel Unit Part Number 05-0567-7821-002-01 to NAVAIR. Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is the only known source available with the capability to produce the hardware described herein. NAVAIR-AD intends to negotiate solely with SAIC for the above items. This effort will be procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which may be considered by the agency. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm.
