SECTION B This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 as corrected. This solicitation is unrestricted. The contractor shall address unique needs of special groups such as transgendered individuals, ex-offenders, substance abusers, and women. Housing shall include meals and case management. All services shall be provided in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions contained herein.
