Description
Delineated Area Map REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Espanola, New Mexico is interested in leasing approximately 2,915 of contiguous rentable square feet (RSF) of first class, high quality office space together with 19 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,650 usable square feet (USF). Specific Information Technology requirements apply. TERM: The term of the lease will be for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound or fronted on the: North: Cross point of Highway 68 and El Llano Highway East: El Llano Highway South: State Road 399 West: Highway 84/285 Chama Highway Please refer to attached Delineated Area Map. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within six (6) months after lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of on-site paved parking available 6. Building ownership information 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 8. List of building services provided 9.
