Solicitation Number: VA-245-12-Q-0030 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - EXECUTIVE SECRETARY SERVICES - SDVOSB SET ASIDE ONLY The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for onsite executive secretary services. The contractor shall work Monday thru Friday, 0800-1630, excluding Federal holidays at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV. Experience in a Healthcare Setting or other Government is desirable but not mandatory. This position provides a broad range of administrative-management services to the Medical Center Associate Director. Many of the complex administrative responsibilities of this office fall on the contractor, including budget management and tracking. The contractor will perform administrative work in the following areas: personnel administration, procurement and supply. The contractor will also perform program support work, such as program or office planning, evaluation of administrative programs or issues, training-program administration, correspondence control, liaison, special projects, and board or committee-related work. The contract is for a period of 12 months with one possible Option Year. The NAICS code is 561110 and the size standard is $7 million. The VA is soliciting for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only and all documents will be available on or about November 18, 2011.
