- NSN: 3110-00-734-6895, Plate, Retaining, Bearing, Drawing Number 19207 7346895, Amendment Number G, Dated July 16, 1998, Part Number 7346895, FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 116 Days ARO. This NSN is Critical Application and Higher Level Contract Quality and Assurance. End Item Description: TRUCK, 5-TON M939 SERIES, RADAR SET, FIREFINDER (AN/TPQ-36), TRUCK, CARGO, 5-TON, 6X6, XLWB W/E, and TRUCK, WRECKER, 5-TON (M936). Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on November 9, 2011. In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 93 each (Base Year Only), Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 93 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 372 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 372 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 744 each. This RFP will be solicited as 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is November 23, 2011.
