Description

This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for Advanced Metering Systems: Electric Metering. It will provide 118 electric meters (78 building meters and 40 primary meters) to monitor energy consumption. The meters will send data electronically via the MCBQ Advanced Metering Infrastructure MRAN system to a central data management server. The data will be viewed and analyzed via the MCBQ AMI data management software. Scope of Work is attached. Please complete attached sources sought questionnaire and return to jaime.friedel@navy.mil. Interested parties should respond no later than 22 Dec 2011 2:00 pm Eastern Standard time.
