The VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY (Buffalo and Bath VAMC's) are soliciting for a firm fixed price contract for dialysis supplies for the Gambro Dialysis Supplies for Fiscal Year 2012 located in the VA Facilities. The following items: Revaclear, Dialyzer and Hemodialysis are among the supplies. All requirements, specifications, and schedules will be addressed in the Request for Quotation. The contract performance period is from receipt of notice of award, on or about November 21, 2011 to September 30, 2012. The applicable NAICS code is 423450 with a small business size standard of 100 Employees. This requirement is unrestricted and all offerors having the ability to provide a competitive quote may respond to this offer.
