- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 2MJ2A701is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and is a sole source to Keithley Instruments, 30500 Bainbridge Road, Cleveland, OH 44139 this requirement is for one (1) base year and one (1) option period. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54. Set-aside: none; associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515; small business size standard: 500 employees. Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program: not applicable. Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-A7. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation, Jan 1999 - Commercial Items applies, with the following specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision: Product offered, price, past performance. The objective of this procurement is to purchase software updates, calibration, maintenance, and vendor technical support for a Keithley S600 parametric test system. Fiscal year 12 funds are not presently available. No obligation may be incurred until program availability has been authorized and funds availability have been certified.
