Description
AIRCRAFTS (CONT) C-130, S-3B, A-6E, E-3A, F/A-18, C-17A. IQC11313009037, NSN 6220-01-186-4500, Panel, Indicating, Light Transmitting, in accordance with source-controlled drawing number 97499 406-075-833. Approved source is Luminescent Systems, Inc., CAGE 14550, P/N 95-1445-7. This item is source-controlled and alternate offers will not be accepted. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies - Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off-the-shelf. This solicitation is for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The guaranteed minimum is 23 EA in base year only. Estimated annual contract quantity: 92 EA. Minimum delivery order quantity: 23 EA; maximum delivery order quantity: 92 EA. Maximum contract quantity: 920 EA. Surge is required. The MWR is 8 EA. IQC will cover stock delivery orders only. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance at destination. Requested delivery is 192 DARO for all delivery orders. Stock delivery locations will be any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. A subcontracting plan may be required, if proposal is from a large business. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about 29 Nov 2011, and close on or about 29 Dec 2011. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
